The City of <br />South Bend approved real property tax abatement for Great Lakes Capital Development, the <br />former developer of the property, in March of 2014. It is my understanding that as the new <br />developer and owner of the property, we will need to have the abatement transferred to The <br />LaSalle Apartments, LLC, the future owner of the property.
