Also attached is a copy of the <br />petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the <br />renovation of 5021 Nimtz Parkway, South Bend IN 46628. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost <br />for the renovation is estimated at $1,100,000. The project meets the qualifications for two <br />(2) year Vacant Building real property tax abatement and a representative from The Foster <br />Group LLC will be available to meet with the Committee on January 26, 2015.
