<br />The undersigned herewith submits its sealed proposal for the purchase of the following
<br />described bonds of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "Issuer "):

<br />Issuer is expected to have the Bonds ready for delivery to the
<br />successful bidder on or about March 3, 2015.
<br />Discount:
<br />The Bonds will be sold at a price of not less than 99% of the par
<br />value.
<br />Interest:
<br />First payment August 1, 2015, and semi - annually thereafter.
<br />Interest Rate Bid:
<br />Interest rate bid not to exceed 6.0 %. The interest rate bid on
<br />any maturity must be no less than the interest rate bid on any
<br />and all prior maturities. Interest rate bids shall be in multiples of
<br />one - eighth (1/8), one - twentieth (1/20) or one - hundredth (1/100)
<br />of one percent (1.00 %).
<br />Denomination:
<br />$5,000 or integral multiples in excess thereof.
<br />Maturities:
<br />The Bonds are scheduled to mature on February 1 and
