ORDINANCE NO. Ll <br />APPROVING TWO CONTRACTS MADE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. A contract made and entered into by and <br />between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through <br />its Board of Public Works and Safety and Korte Brothers <br />for the purchase of one (1) certain Power Grader for the <br />sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety -five Dollars <br />(8,795.00), a copy of which contract is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, be, and the same hereby is, con- <br />firmed, ratified and approved. <br />2. A contract made and entered into by and <br />between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through <br />its Board of Public Works and Safety and Midwest Fire <br />and Safety Equipment Company, for the purchase of cer- <br />tain fire apparatus, being a pumper vehicle, for the <br />sum of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty -four and <br />80/100 Dollars (814,244.80), a copy of which contract <br />is attached 'hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the <br />same hereby is, confirmed, ratified and approved. <br />3.
