ORDINANCE NO. NtO k <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The following monies be, and the same here- <br />by are, transferred from the General.Fund.of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, to and are appropriated for the <br />irises and purposes of the following budgetary items in <br />the budget of said city for_the year 1947, to -wit :. ft <br />tc <br />Q -38, General Supplies Fire Department, ;$500,00; to <br />W -11, Personal Services and Nurse Hire, Health Depart <br />ment, $733.28; to H -251, Repair of Building, $3,000.00; <br />to H -51, Insurance, $1,000.00; to X -31, Food, Dog Pound, <br />$50.00. <br />2. The above funds are required for the proper <br />operation and function of the aforementioned departments <br />and an emergency is declared to exist concerning each of <br />the foregoing transfers and appropriations. <br />I <br />3.
