DAIS NO* PAGE :12 N0. 65349 An Ordinance providing for the annexation of certain territory to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; Section 1. That the following described territory in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall constitute hereafter a part of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Section Five (5), Township Thirty- seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, - and the present boundary line of the City of South Bend, Indiana, thence 11orth along said West line to the North line of said Section; thence East along said North line to the North and South Quarter Section line of said Section; thence South along said Quarter section line to the center of said Section; thence West along the East and West Quarter Section line of said Section to the present boundary line of said City;. thence North and West along said present boundary line to the place of beginning, all being in the Northwest Quarter of said Section Five,(5), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and legal publication by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
