CITY MRCTION BOARD, #100611929* AND <br />DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCYe <br />WHRREASy the budgetary account of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in <br />the budget for the calendar year of 1947s was insufficient to pay the <br />necessary costs and expenses of the Primary and General Election and <br />Registration of Voters for the City Primary and General Election held in <br />the year 19471 now, therefore <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />that t <br />Section 1* .
