ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF #350.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT NO, W-120 REGULAR AND TEMPORARY LABOR, <br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT, TO ACCOUNT NO* N 261, TREE <br />TRnWING,.CEMETERY DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY* <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indians <br />Section 1. That the sum of $350000 be, and the sane hereby is <br />transferred from Account No* N-12, Regular and Temporary Labor, <br />'Cemetery Department, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes <br />of the following budgetary item in the budget of the Cemetery Department <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 19480 to"Wits <br />Cemetery Departments <br />Account No* N «261, Tree Trimming J350000 <br />Section 29 That the above Blum of money is required for the <br />proper operation and function of the aforementioned Department of the <br />Government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and an extraordinary <br />emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer and <br />appropriations <br />Section 3.
