THE GENERAL <br />STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND OF THE CI`T'Y OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, OF T'HE FOLLOI' IivG AI OUNT TO TINS; <br />FOLLOWING INDICATED ACCOUNT OF THE 1948 BUDGET: <br />STREET DEPARTMENT, S - 7111 PROPERTIES, $70,000.00, <br />AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EIIERGl Tt Y. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />Section 1. There be and there is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the uses and purposes of the following <br />indicated account of the 1948 Budget, to -twit: <br />Street Department, S - 711, Properties, the sum <br />of Seventy Thousand ($701000.00) Dollars. <br />Section 2. The Common Council finds the existence of <br />an extraordinary emergency requiring the appropriation of the <br />funds as aforesaid. <br />Section 3.
