That the following money be, and the same <br />hereby is, transferred from account Number Q -11, Salaries, Fire <br />Department, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes <br />of the following budgetary items in the budget of the Fire Depart- <br />ment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 191+8, to -wit: <br />Fire Department: <br />Account Number Q -2221 Gas $250.00 <br />Account Number Q -214, Telegraph and <br />Telephone 100.00 <br />Section 2. <br />That the above sums of money are required for'the <br />proper operation and fuction of the aforementioned Department <br />of the Goverr4ent of the City of South Bend, Indiana? and an <br />extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the <br />foregoing transfers and appropriations. <br />Section 3.
