That the following described territory in St. Joseph County, <br />State of Indiana, be and the sane is hereby annexed to and shall constitute here- <br />after a part of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the North line of <br />Western Avenue and the presently existing ?Zest city limits <br />line, thence running South on said presently existing VJr est <br />city limits line to the North line of Sample Street, thence <br />lVest along the North line of Sample Street (which said line <br />is also the presently existing city limits line) to the <br />intersection of said North line of Sample Street and the <br />West line of Section Nine (9), Tovinship Thirty —seven (37) <br />North, Flange Two (2) East, thence North along the hest line <br />of said Section Nine (9) to the intersection of said West <br />line and the North line of 11,estern Avenue, thence East along <br />said North line of Western Avenue to the point of beginning. <br />Section 2.
