ORDINANCE NO. _3 4 "', R <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />that: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 2331 being a zoning ordinance in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the <br />zoning classification of the following described real property in the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana., to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 46 anf 47, Baker & McHenry 's <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, the same <br />fronting on Roberts Avenue, each Forty (40) <br />feet, a total of Eighty (80) feet, with a depth <br />of One Hundred Nineteen and five- tenths (119.5) <br />feet, _ <br />be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and "A" <br />Height and Area District, to "D" Use District and "E" Height and Area <br />District, and thereby conform to Lots 48, 49, 50 and 51 of Baker & McHeixr3 <br />Addition to the City of South Bend that are zoned for "D" Use District and <br />"E" Height and Area District, which are contiguous to said Lots 46 and 47. <br />Section 2.
