ORDINANCE NO. 3 l 0 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $300,00 FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER G-1322 ABSTRACTING, OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER G -11, SALARY OF CLERK, OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY; AND THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 58 -B, BUILDING CONTINGENT FUND, OFFICE OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER H -726, OFFICE EQUIPMENT, OFFICE OF BOARD OF PUBLIC.WORKS AND SAFETY, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the following money be, and the same hereby is, transferred from Account Number 0-132, Abstracting, Office of City Attorney, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary item in the budget of the Office of City Attorney of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1948, to kit: To Account Number G -110 Salary of Clerk, Office of City Attorney, $300.00. Section 2* That the following money be, and the same hereby is, transferred from Account Number 58 -B, Building Contingent Fund, Office of Board of Public Works and Safety, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary item in the budget of the Office of Board pf Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 19489, to -witr To Account Number H -725, Office Equipment, Office of Board!of Public works and Safety, $500.00.
