ORDINANCE NO* J-6 �Z,3 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $300000 FROM <br />ACCOUNT NUMBER W -333, TIRES AND TUBES, BOARD OF <br />HEALTH, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER W -36, OFFICE SUPPLIES, <br />BOARD OF HEALTH, AND THE FURTHER SUM OF $200000 <br />FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER W:3440 MEDICAL SUPPLIES, <br />BOARD OF HEALTH, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER W-Ze$ OFFICE <br />SUPPLIES, BOARD OF HEALTH, AND DECLARING AN <br />EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section l0 That the following money be,and the same hereby is, <br />transferred from A000unt Number W -333, Tires and Tubes, Board of Healthy <br />to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary item in the budget of the Board of Health of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1948, to -wits To Account Number <br />W -38, Office Supplies, Board of Health, $3000000 <br />Section 20 That the following money be, and the same hereby is, <br />transferred from Account Number W -344, Medical Supplies, Board of Health, <br />to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary item in the budget of the Board of Health of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1948, to -wit: To Account Number <br />W-381, Office Supplies, Board of Health, $200.000 <br />Section 30 That the above funds are required for the proper <br />operation and function of the aforementioned Board of Health, and an <br />extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing <br />transfer and appropriation* <br />Section 4o That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the <br />Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to <br />extraordinary appropriations* <br />. - ?r. <br />Ist? 2nd FEAD:i <br />
