AND WHEREAS, said contract has been submitted by said <br />Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,Indiana, <br />to the Common Council of said city for its consideration and <br />action thereon; Therefore <br />Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, that the foregoing contract and <br />agreement made and entered into the 13th day of February, 1948, <br />by the City of South Bend, Indiana, acting by and through its <br />Board of Public Works and Safety, and Northern Indiana Transit, Inc. <br />be and the same is hereby in all things approved, ratified and <br />confirmed, and the said Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., its <br />sucedssors and assigns, is hereby granted the right, privileges <br />and authority as in said contract and agreement set forth, and <br />in accordance with the terms, provisions and conditions"-:thereof. <br />Section 2.
