I)YtM� <br />ORDINANCE NO. SIc �I <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The following money be, and the same hereby is, trans- <br />ferred from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />to and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following <br />budgetary item in the budget of the said City of South Bend for <br />the year 1948, to -wit: To D -11, Services Personal, Office of <br />the City Treasurer, for Cashier in the Barrett Law Department, <br />$900.00. <br />2. The above money is required for the proper operation and <br />function of the aforenamed department and an emergency is de- <br />Glared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer and appropria <br />3.
