(802 West LaSalle avenue) WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "Board") o n.s real estate located at 802 West LaSalle Avenue, in the City of South Bend and more particularly described as follows: length A lot or parcel of land 32 feet in width, East and West, taken off of and from the enti of the East side of Lot Numbered ( .or parcel of land . feet in id and East West, taken = f of and from e entire length of West side of Lot Numbered e , (12), all as shown on the recorded plat of Frances L.
