REGULAR MEETING (SEWERS) TkIr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. I (Final) on behalf of HRP Construction, Inc.,, 5777 Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana 46628, indicating the contract amount be decreased by $3 )3,756.00 for a new contract sum, including this Change Order, of $559,994.00. Additionally submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicatin.g this new final cost of $559,994.00, Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, Change Order No. I (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved. B.OND) r® ilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 2 (Final) on behalf of Oselka Construction Co.,, Post Office Box 253,, Union Pier, Michigan 49129 indicating the contract amount be decreased by $7,969.50 for a new contract sum, including this Change Order, Of $1,342,950.50. Additionally submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost of $1,342,950.50. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. ilot and carried, Change Order No. 2 (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved. Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. I on behalf of Bancroft Electric, Inc., 829 Boyd Boulevard, LaPorte, Indiana 46530, indicating the Contract amounI be increased by $3,125.00, for a new Contract sum, including this Change Order, of $30,225.00. Additionally submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost of $30,225.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, Change Order No. I (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, Change Order No. I (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved. INSTALLATION — PROJECT NO. 108-087 (2006 SEWER B Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted the Project Completion Affidavit on behalf of Niezgodski Plumbing, Post Office Box 3096, South Bend, Indiana 46614, for the above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $28,034.27. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved.
