PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION NOVEMBER L200 <br />A <br />The Public Agenda Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:37 a.m. on <br />November 6. 2008 by Board President Mr. Gary A. Gilot, with Board Members Donald E. Inks <br />and John H. Murphy present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. Board of Public <br />Works Clerk,, Linda M. Martin, presented the Board with a proposed agenda of items presented. <br />by the public and by City Staff. <br />Board members discussed the following items from that list, <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. ilot noted the addition to the agenda ®f a request to advertise for Lincoln way West and for <br />West Washington Street, and an Encroachment/Easement for Eddy Commons. <br />OPENING/AWARD OF QUOTATION - AUTOMATIC BRINE SYSTEM — PROJECT NO, <br />108-091 (WWTP <br />Mr. ilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for <br />the above referenced equipment.
