There be and there is hereby appropriated from <br />the General Street and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for the uses and purposes of the following indicated <br />account of the 1949 budget, to -wit: <br />STREET DEPARTMENT <br />S -51 Insurance $1,300.00 <br />Be etion 2. The Common Council finds the existence of an <br />extraordinary emergency requiring the appropriation of the fund <br />as aforesaid* <br />Section 3.
