VIOLATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianas Section 14 That a new section to be known as Section 41J is hereby added to Article IV of Ordinance 3146 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana? on May 25, 1936, which section is to read as follows Section 41 -J. The parking of trucks, tractors, trailers, semi - trailers, buses house trailers or any other motor operated vehicle other than pleasure or passenger cars or motorcycles, on any street of the City of lath Bend, Indiana, shall be prohibited for twenty -four (24) hours every Sunday or holiday and shall be prohibited between the hours of seven o'clock (700) PoM. and six o'clock (6sOO) A,M. on all other days, except when such vehicles are in the act of loading or unloading. Section 2. This amendment to said Traffic Ordinance No. 3146 shall be subject to the same penalties and same procedure upon arrests for violation of this provision as are set out in Sections 91, 92, and 93 of :article 8 of Ordinance No. 3146.
