Ordinance No. 2331 being a zoning ordinm ce the City of South Eend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is nded so that the zoning classification of the following de- scribed real estate in the City of South Bend,Indiana, towit: A lot or parcel of land in the North fraction of the North West quarter of Section Number Eighteen (18), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3)East, now within the City of South Bend, bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at a point on the South line of Pviishawaka Avenue, in said City, which point is the North East corner of Baker and PicHenry's Addition to said City, thence running east along the South line of Mishawaka Avenue, 124 feet, more or less, to the Forth ivest corner of the Revised Plat of Oakland Park Addition to the City of South Bend; thence South on the Vest line of said Oakland Park Addition, a distance of 134 feet; thence `+'vest on a line parallel �.ith the South line of Mishawaka Avenue, 124 feet, more or less, to the Last line of said Baker and D!cHenry's Addition; thence North 134 feet to the place of beginning, be and the same is hereb- changed from "B" Use District and "A" height and Area District to "C" Use District and "D" Height and Area District. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the common council, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
