ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE <br />-YEAR 1950 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 1. That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts <br />for the year 1950 on each One Hundred($100.00) Dollars of assessed <br />valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed by <br />the officers of St. Joseph.
