COMMITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: BILL NO. 01 -50 A RESOLUTION RECONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1137 S. LAFAYETTE BOULEVARD TO BE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A FIVE (5) YEAR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR EXACTO, INC. OF SOUTH BEND Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as amended as follows: Section III becomes Section IV Section III reads as follows: The Petitioner is hereby granted one (1) additional year for the Personal Property abatement originally adopted on July 12, 1999.
