Please be advised <br />that the City of South Bend has already received a bid in excess of 90% of the appraised value of <br />the property which is in excess of what Indiana law requires. The City of South Bend's Board of <br />Public Works has indicated its approval in entering into the sales agreement. Further, the Mayor <br />of the City of South Bend has also expressed his intent and desire to enter into the sale of this <br />property.
