JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA, <br />OWNED BY THE MUNICIPAL CITY. OF SOUTH <br />BEND. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is the owner of Lot Number <br />ed Thirty -five (35) in North Shore Terrace, an Addition to the Cit; <br />of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, by virtue of a warranty <br />deed dated September 19, 191+1, in which Taylor and Johnson, Inc., <br />is the grantor, and <br />WHEREAS, the above described real estate is conducive to <br />no public use by the municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />in the best interest of said City should be sold; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana:._ <br />Section 1. That the Judge of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana be requested to appoint three disinterested <br />freeholders of the City of South Bend, Indiana to appraise Lot <br />Numbered Thirty -five (35) in North Shore Terrace, an Addition to <br />the City of South Bend, St. Joseph county, Indiana, which real <br />estate is now owned by the municipal City of South Bend. <br />Section 2. That the City of South Bend sell, assign, <br />transfer, convey and set over by proper instrument,in writing, <br />to any purchaser thereof the real estate hereinabove described <br />for not less than the full appraised value thereof, as reported <br />by the appraisers appointed by the Judge of the Circuit Court <br />of St. Joseph County, Indiana; and the Mayor is hereby ordered, <br />directed and authorized to execute and deliver to such purchaser <br />or purchasers thereof, upon the payment of the appraised value <br />thereof a good and sufficient deed, and this shall be sufficient <br />authority to him in said premises. <br />Section 3.
