Q -111 SALARIES FIR DEPARTMENT, <br />TO ANDADECLARING�AN EXTAAORDINNARYSNERGENCYP�TMENT, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1, That the following monies;be and the same <br />are hereby, transferred, namely; $ 36,050.0 from Account No, Q -11 <br />Salaries, Fire Department, to, and are appropriated for the uses <br />and purposes of the following budgetary items in the budget of the <br />Fire Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana for year 1949, <br />to -wit: <br />Account No Q -262 Medical, Dental & Surgical Service <br />Account No. Q -322 Oil <br />Account No, Q -712 Buildings: <br />$ 11000.0 <br />$ 50.01 <br />$ 357000.00 <br />Section 2. That the above sums of money are required <br />for the proper operation and function of the aforementioned Dep- <br />artment of the Government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the <br />foregoing transfers and appropriations. <br />Section 3.
