ORDINANCE No.� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 3704 <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 and in particular <br />"Use and Area and Height District Maps ", being a part <br />thereof, be and is hereby amended in respect to the <br />following described real estate located in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract or parcel of land commencing at the Southwest <br />corner of Lot Lettered "A" as Shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Raff's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />in St. Joseph County, Indiana, running thence East along <br />the South line of said lot 123.66feet; thence North . <br />parallel with the West line of said lot 90 feet; thence <br />West parallel with the South line of said lot 123.66 feet <br />to the West line of said lot; .thence. South along the West <br />line of said lot 90 feet to the place of beginning. <br />in that said described real estate shall hereinafter be <br />designated to be in "C" Use District and "E " Height <br />and Area District. <br />Sef.tion 2.
