That Ordinance No. 3 ZQ off, which is known <br />as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend ", be amended <br />by changing the zoning classification of the following lot in <br />the City of South Bend described as follows: <br />Part of Bank Out Lot Number 26, as shown on <br />the recorded First Plot of out lots to the <br />Town, now the.City of South Bend, platted by <br />the State Bank of Indiana, described as be- <br />ginning at a point on the south line of said <br />lot, 25 feet west of the original south east <br />corner thereof, which point Is now the North- <br />west corner of the intersection of Washington <br />and Taylor Streets, running thence west on the <br />North line of 'Washington Street, 93.39 feet, <br />thence north 169.36 feet, thence east 93.39 <br />feet to the west line of TaylorStreet, thence <br />south 169.36 feet to the place of beginning. <br />from "B" residence district, "C" height and area district, to <br />"C" commercial district, "F" height and area district. <br />Section 2.
