ORDINANCE NO. 9 %,94) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 3,702 PASSED BY <br />THE COMMON COUNCIL JUNR 13, 1949 AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM,vION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, IND, <br />SECTION 1, That Section 6 of Ordinance No, 3702 <br />be amended by adding <br />(28A) Uses numbered 2 to 63 inclusive as <br />permitted in the C commercial district where the same do <br />not include one or two family units. <br />SECTION 2, That Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3702 <br />be amended by adding items <br />(m) In the A.
