ORDINANCE No. 3 7 O An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702, adopted June 13, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend. WHEREAS, the real estate hereinafter described is presently zoned as "D" Light Industrial District and "E" Height and Area District; and WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that the zoning thereof be changed as hereinafter provided. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 3702, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows: Section 1 The following described real estate, situated in the City of South Bend, be and the same is hereby rezoned as "Bn Residence District and "All Height and Area District: Lots numbered 488, 4892 4902 597, 598, 599, 600, 601, 602, 709, 7102 711, 712, 713;and714 as shown on the recorded Plat of Belleville Third Unit; and Lots numbered 210, 211 and 212 as shown on the recorded Plat of Belle Village. Section 2 The following described real estate, situated in the City of South Bend, be and the same is hereby rezoned as "C" Commercial District, its Height and Area District to remain the same: Lots numbered 376, 3775 378, 485, 486, and 487 as shown on the recorded Plat of Belleville Third Unit; and Section G and Section H asshown on the recorded Plat of Belle Village. Section 3 This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and legal publications. Passed by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, this 13th day of November , 1950.
