Kopinski and Valeria Kopinski, husband and wife, <br />residents of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and petition the Honorable <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend to amend the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Number 3702, adopted June 13, 1949, by changing the <br />zoning of Lots Numbered One Hundred Forty —eight (148) and One Hundred Forty — <br />nine (149) of Swygert's Second Addition, from "B" and "A" Height and Area <br />Districts to "C" and "E" Height and Area Districts.
