ORDINANCE NO. (9 :Z9 / <br />AN ORDINANCE AIrENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana; <br />Section 1. <br />That Ordinance No. 3702, adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th <br />day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br />be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: <br />That the property situate in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, and described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered Ten (10) to Twenty -six (26) in- <br />clusive and Fifty -three (53) to Sixty -two (62) <br />inclusive in East -Lawn Addition together with <br />a tract of unplatted land extending from the <br />East line of East -Lawn Addition to the West <br />line of 26th Street and an unplatted area from <br />the East line of 26th Street to the North and <br />South centerline of Section S.
