ORDINANCE NO. ��_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends Indiana, <br />that <br />Section to Ordinance Noo 3702, being the zoning ordinance in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended so <br />that Lots 50 6s, 7 and 8 in Rockstroh Bros• Addition to the City of <br />South Bend be rezoned from "C" height and area district to "E" height <br />and area district* <br />Section 2.
