ORDINANCE NO�� <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 37022 AS AMENDED <br />WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of South Bend that Ordin- <br />ance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the <br />zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following described real estate located <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, shall <br />be rezoned as "C" use district and "F" height and area district: <br />All of Lots Numbered Six (6) and Seven (7), including <br />the alley between the same heretofore vacated, of <br />Burrough's Sub - division to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, excepting the south thirty -six (36) feet of <br />both lots Six (6) and Seven (7) and that portion of <br />the vacated alley between the same, which excepted <br />portion is now zoned "C" use district and "F" height <br />and area district. <br />Section 2.
