Colpaert Realty Corporation is the owner in fee simple of the follow- ing described real estate, to -wit: Beginning at a point 205 ft. East of the Northwest corner of Section 165 Township 37 N Range 2 E, thence East along the North line of said Section, corresponding to center line of Sample Street, a distance of 1793.71 ft.; thence South a distance of 1180 ft.; thence West a distance of 2001.ft. plus or minus to West line of said section; thence North along the West . line of said Section, a distance of 120 ft. to the South property line of Meadow Lane; thence East along said property line a distance of 205 ft.; thence North a distance of 1061 ft., to place of beginning. All located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and consisting of 53.3 acres. T _ 2. All of said real estate is presently zoned "En Heavy Industrial and 'Ell Height and Area. 3. Petitioner proposes to plat said real estate into lots and improve said lots with residences and, therefore, said real estate should be zoned to eBu Residence and "B" Height and Area district. fit. Petitioner attaches hereto and files herewith a sketch of said real estate to show the changes sought to be effected by this petition.
