Dieter, Gavin Ferlic <br />Others Present Patrick Mullen, Tim Baker, Media, Jack Smith, <br />Paul Singleton, Tasha Outlaw, Mr. Emory, <br />Kathryn Roos, Brian Pawlowski, Keenan Lane, <br />3:55pm Bill 56 -14 - Alley Vacation -First E/W alley south of Colfax Ave from <br />Lafayette to the first N/S alley <br />Chairperson Henry Davis Jr. opened the meeting <br />Tim Baker from the Holladay Corp. made the presentation. The vacation is wanted to <br />consolidate the property. It is basically a paper alley. All 4 parcels are owned by the <br />petitioner. <br />Dr. David Varner — How will it be divided? Tim Baker — Holladay owns all the lots. <br />Kathy Cekanski - Farrand mentioned that the Board of Public Works brought up that it <br />needs a cross access agreement. Tim Baker showed the map that shows Holladay <br />owns all the properties.
