ORDINANCE NO. ~(0 ~ ~S- d0 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />APPROPRIATING $ 10,000.00 FROM THE <br />RECREATION NON-REVERTING FUND (FUND N0.203) <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Recreation Non-Reverting Fund (Fund No. 203) was established for the purpose of <br />funding improvements to various recreational programs that are included in this fund. <br />One of these is the softball program. A plan has been set forth to budget $10,000.00 from the <br />Recreation Non-Reverting Fund for the purchase of two twenty by twenty tents for use during <br />softball tournaments at Belleville Softball Complex. The Common Council has determined it is <br />in the best interest of the City of South Bend to appropriate sufficient funds from the Recreation <br />Non-Reverting Fund to allow this purchase to be made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br />from and within the Recreation Non-Reverting Fund (Fund No. 203) for the purchase of two <br />twenty by twenty tents for the Belleville Softball Complex. <br />Account No. Description Amount <br />203.1103.452.22.23 Recreation Non-Reverting Fund $ 10,000.00 <br />Section II.
