Public Works Sewer - The public sanitary sewer network is available on the frontage of the Annexation Area. Reimbursable costs are applicable upon request for connection. Streets - no new street rights -of -way will be added to the inventory. Maintenance, sweeping, and snow removal is already the responsibility of the City, and will continue to be the responsibility of the City. Street Lighting -No requirements.
