(BURGER KING) <br />Dear Council Member King: <br />Please find attached the Department of Community & Economic Development's report on a real property <br />tax abatement petition for Bravokilo, Inc. for property located at 121 W. LaSalle Street. Also attached <br />is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the attached petition. Bravokilo, Inc. is the <br />parent company of the Burger King restaurant at 121 W. Lasalle Street. Bravokilo plans on replacing the <br />current Burger King restaurant with a new building. The current 20 year old building will be replaced <br />with a state of the art Burger King. Bravokilo, Inc. is seeking a 3 year real property tax abatement. <br />Please see the attached report and petition for further detail on the project.
