Code Enforcement The Annexation Area will be added to Territory 8 The Department of Code Enforcement will be able to provide services to the Annexation Area with comparable response times. The Department will respond to calls for service upon the effective date of the Annexation. Full and dedicated response will be in place within one year of the effective date of the Annexation. It is not anticipated that the services of this Department will be required to a great extent within the early years of the development of this area, although monitoring will still be conducted.
