Y CITY CEMETERY: DEFINING A VISION Scott Ford Dear Mr. Ford and Mr. Kain, Director of Community Investment Thank you both for taking the time to meet with me regarding the City Jitin Kain, Cemetery. The Park Foundation,Parks and Recreation Department, Director of Planning and the Historic Preservation Commission contacted me over a year ago to help create a vision for the cemetery.
