RESOLUTION NO. 32-39-03 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />1904, 1908, 1912, 1916, 1920, 1924, 2002, 2006,2010 and 2014 S.
