If any of the above - listed prohibited uses are required for a legitimate government reason, an exception process must be followed. 4. No Expectation of Privacy: Nothing in this sub - section confers an individual right or should be construed to provide an expectation of privacy. The provisions of the Indiana Open Door Law codified at Indiana Code § 5- 14 -1.5 and the Indiana's Access to Public Records Law codified at Indiana Code § 5 -14 -3 govern. 5. Facebook is being used by businesses and governmental entities to help promote communication on various activities, events, projects and programs.
