Henry Davis, Jr. Second District The fees charged are to the owner of property that is vacant so that they Valerie Schey are carrying some of the burden to address these properties, rather than all of that expense being Third District on our taxpayers. The attached ordinance would increase the fees charged in Section 6 -37.1 (h) to reflect the costs being incurred by the City.
