The attached ordinance would increase the fees charged in <br />Section 6 -37.1 (h) to reflect the costs being incurred by the City. <br />Fred Ferlic <br />Fourth District <br />As of this month, as posted on the City's website, the City of South Bend is <br />continuing to make progress on our vacant and abandoned housing initiative. It <br />David Varner <br />reports the following: <br />Fifth District <br />Oliver J. Davis 188 Houses Repaired <br />Sixth District 297 Houses Demolished <br />6 CDC Partner Houses <br />Derek D. Dieter 62 State Blight Elimination Program <br />At Large 8 Houses Under Contract for Deconstruction <br />45 Houses Under Contract for Demolition <br />Gavin Ferlic 606 Total" <br />At Large <br />I seek your support of these needed changes. I look forward to discussing this with <br />Karen L. White you.
