Jefferson Blvd. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Ordinance Amending or Adding Three Funds in the South Bend Municipal Code <br />Dear Council President Davis: <br />During the 2015 budget process, the City Administration discussed amending/adding three funds <br />in the interest of promoting greater accountability and transparency. The purpose of this bill is to <br />amend the South Bend Municipal Code for these funds in order to implement the 2015 budget that <br />was passed by the Common Council during October, 2014: <br />• Fund 288 — EMS Operating Enterprise <br />• Fund 287 — EMS Capital Enterprise <br />• Fund 224 — Central Services Capital <br />This bill is respectively submitted for 151 reading at the council meeting on November 10, 2014 <br />and 2 d reading, public hearing, and 3rd reading at the council meeting on November 24, 2014.
