Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br />Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioners, TriNet <br />Essential Facilities X (building owner) and Cequent Towing Products (operating entity), plan to <br />rehabilitate the distribution facility at 3310 William Richardson Court. The total cost is estimated to be <br />$860,366. The petitioners are seeking a six (6) year real property tax abatement. Please note that a <br />building permit has already been issued for this project making it ineligible for abatement, however the <br />petitioners would still like to be considered for the abatement and the attached report details the <br />circumstances regarding the building permit.
