Bowles <br />Dear Council Member Kelly: <br />Please find attached the Department of Community & Economic Development's report on a residential real <br />property tax abatement petition for the above referenced clients for twenty -nine (29) new single family <br />homes to be located in Kensington Farms Estates. Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of <br />Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioners propose to build <br />homes between 2,200 and 3,200 sq. ft., with prices ranging from $160,000 to $275,000. All homes will be <br />three to four bedrooms with a den, basement, great room and an attached garage.
