Preparation of Rezoning Petition documents, Rezoning <br /> Ordinance, notice to adjacent property owners within 300 feet. <br /> 1 This Rezoning Petition would include the additional areas to the <br /> east and West of the Ignition Project boundaries as discussed <br /> with the Plan Commission staff, and representation at required <br /> public hearings before the Area Plan Commission and the City <br /> Council. <br /> Cost of Planning work $ 3,475 <br /> (Owner pays filing fees, & mailing costs of $ 1,350 <br /> not included in Planning costs) <br /> The submittal date for the Rezoning Petition would be January <br /> I 7th, 2015 for a February 18th meeting with the Area Plan <br /> Commission and a possible March 9th or March 23rd City Council <br /> meeting. <br /> B) . Planning Services for Street & Alley Vacation: <br /> 1. Preparation of a Street and Alley Vacation Petition for all <br /> public right-of-ways within the Ignition Park South project area <br /> and working with City Engineering for required documents, <br /> vacation legal and diagram, notice to adjacent property owners <br /> within 150 feet and representation at required public hearings <br /> before the City Council. <br /> Cost of Planning work $ 2, 675 <br /> 1 (Owner pays filing fee, & mailing costs $ 525, not <br /> 3 included Survey & Planning work) <br /> 1 . <br /> C) .
