ZONING AND ANNEXATION NOVEMBER 10, 2008 <br />Committee Members Present: AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Chairperson; David Varner <br />Other's Present" Karen White; Ann Puzzello; Timothy Rouse, Henry Davis, Gary Gilot, Catherine <br />Fanello, Martha Lewis, Jamie Loo, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand; Mike Danch; Mark Lyons <br />Agenda: <br />BILL NO.08-96 -SPECIAL EXCEPTION - OLIVER PLOW CT. <br />This bill was presented for consideration by Mike Danch of Danch, Harner & Associates on behalf <br />of the City of south Bend. <br />The special exception would allow the petitioner to increase the amount of area that can be used <br />for outside storage.
